About us
Every business eventually hits a situation that doesn't belong to any one department — a deal falling apart, a key relationship gone wrong, an operational failure nobody wants to admit to. MiRock Consulting exists for exactly that moment. We're the fixer you bring in when it needs to get handled, not discussed further.
We're not a strategy firm and we're not crisis PR, though the work sometimes overlaps with both. We're generalists by design, because the problems that end up on our desk rarely respect tidy categories. What we bring instead is judgment, speed, and the discretion to work through a problem without making it worse by being visible.
A problem doesn't get smaller by sitting with it. The moment something goes wrong, the only real choice is which direction to move in — so once we're in, we move, even when the full picture isn't there yet. You cannot stay stuck; you have to move forward.
That approach means we take on fewer clients than a firm our size typically would. Each engagement is scoped around a specific problem, handled directly by the person you first spoke to, and closed out once it's actually fixed — not extended into an open-ended retainer.

We find out what's actually happening before we act on what we're told is happening.

If we don't think we can fix it, or think you're the one causing it, we'll tell you directly.
In, then out — unless you'd rather we stayed close
Most engagements end once the specific problem is solved. A limited number of clients keep us on retainer instead, so we're already inside the business before something goes wrong. Either way is a deliberate choice you make with us, not something you drift into.
